Entering the neighborhood

If you're flying in, please visit this link.

If you're driving in:

  1. Take exit 256 from the 95 South

  2. Turn right, drive about 2.5 miles, and look for a sign on the left that says Spruce Creek Fly-In. Turn in there.

  3. At the gate, tell the guard you're guests of Ryan Smith and give him the house address. Ask him for a pass you can use to get in the gate for the length of time you're staying.

Around the house

  1. There is a garage door opener in the top drawer to the left of the kitchen sink.

  2. The golf cart, pool, and outside storage (which contains pool and beach toys) keys are in the same drawer as the garage door opener.

  3. The WiFi network is called Wi Believe I can Fi, and the password is Bluesky1.

  4. The entry steps are a bit difficult to see at night, so there are small lights on the tile steps to make them easier to see. The batteries in the night lights on the steps can be replaced if necessary. There are extras in the second drawer of the butler desk in the master bedroom. To turn the lights on, simply tap them.

  5. There are games in the trunk in front of the fireplace and a star chart and other fun things in the end cabinet beside that same sofa.

  6. Feel free to use any extra linens and towels in the closets.

  7. Sandy Rudder is still being renovated, so you may notice some things aren't quite complete yet (such as the kitchen cabinets which have no knobs).

  8. Don't forget to charge the golf cart fully so it's ready for a drive!

  9. The blinds over the front door and in the stairwell can be opened using the extendable rod on the staircase landing. Simply catch the loops in the blind cords with the hook.

  10. Please be sure to bag any trash you put in the large blue outdoor trash can which is located in the garage. (Thank you so much!)

  11. Feel free to use the metal detector (in the garage)! And let us know if you find any treasure!

  12. There are extra batteries for the ceiling fan remotes in the top drawer to the left of the kitchen sink.
